Landscaped area: measured, non-overlapping tree-well and planting-bed footprints from CAD and final permit drawings; excludes pots, canopy symbols and northern sod removed from scope.
Conduit: the January 22 reduced-scope estimate provides 6,300 LF of 2-inch conduit and 1,250 LF of 4-inch conduit, or 7,550 LF combined. These are estimated individual-conduit lengths, not bore-path or installed lengths. The 2,500 LF of #6 conductor in the same source is wire and is excluded. The split by utility and contractor remains unverified. New stormwater pipe: 169 LF from Civil sheets C5.2/C5.3; existing pipes and the excluded north Cole extension are omitted.
